Ross Alinari
Reformas Valencia Integral by Alinari was founded by Ross Alinari. His renovation experience before Spain is in London, with Hampstead Renovations and Hampstead Chartered Surveyors.
Ross set up the company around one observation: international owners in València rarely struggle with the building work itself. They struggle with not knowing which permit applies, what the community of owners has to be told, which taxes are added at the end, and who to call when they are a flight away. So every project here starts with those questions, answered in writing and in the owner’s language.
The company
The company behind the site is Reformas Valencia Integral by Alinari SL. It is being incorporated, and its CIF will appear here and in the legal notice as soon as it is issued. The office is at Av. de Francia 2, 46023 València, and visits are by appointment.

Who does the work
Your project manager coordinates the agreed renovation scope and is your point of contact. We bring together the architectural and interior design, structural input, building services and construction trades the project needs, working with independent professionals where required.

How we publish guidance
